Insurance and Financial Information

At Advanced Eye Institute, our goal to provide you with top of the line eye care that is affordable to each individual. We accept several payment options to make this as easy as possible. Advanced Eye Institute accepts payments by cash or check, along with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We are also happy to offer a discount to uninsured patients who pay cash at the time their services are rendered.

We offer several Care Credit financing options, please contact our billing department to get more information.

If you have any questions about our payment options don’t hesitate to ask! We will work with you to explain your charges, options for payment, as well as try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

The Advanced Eye Institute team recognizes that understanding insurance is not always an easy process. We have team members who can help guide you through this process. We will bill your primary insurance company  based off of the information you provide once your treatment has begun. As with any insurance, you may be responsible for the deductible and/or the co-insurance amounts at the time of your visit.
